Tony trained as an accountant and spent much of his career in finance and latterly operational roles in the Corporate sphere with manufacturing, service, health and telecoms companies including Halma, Tunstall and Cable & Wireless where he was Executive Director.

Tony has also backed a number of start-ups and SME’s as well as supporting a number of NHS, Elderly Care and Housing Charities.

Laurence’s experience spans over 20 years as Marketing executive at world-class organisations like LinkedIn, AOL, Orange or Pipedrive, one of the fastest growing B2B SaaS vendors.

She is a marketer at heart, customer-obsessed, fond of product design and branding. She brings a unique expertise of performance marketing and growth hacking and possesses a deep knowledge of SaaS financial models.

Laurence also holds Non exec and Board positions and is the UK Director of OneRagtime.

Genevieve is a successful sales director with over twenty years of experience in the technology industry, in consulting, services and solutions. Her coaching approach has resulted in high levels of team engagement and consistent team over achievement.

At Dell Technologies, she leads the Global Alliances Services business for EMEA. Previously she has held various leadership and account management roles in Symantec, Charteris and Logica (CGI).

Genevieve holds a first-class honours degree in Computing from the University of Ulster.

A senior technology leader, Emma has 20+ years’ experience working for household names.

Most recently Emma was Managing Director of SAP Concur, where she championed employee engagement, talent development and inclusion.

With a passion for coaching, Emma now has a portfolio career working with individuals and organisations. Emma’s business inspir’em helps start-ups and individuals grow through strategic thinking, strategy and development.

Emma is a member of the female founder network Angel Academe, and also commercial advisor to nuggets – a blockchain fintech.

Richard is an international communications specialist with around 20 years experience within B2B and technology roles. He has led public relations and marketing campaigns for well known business services and software products, and built up high performing remote teams at fast scaling companies.

Richard supports Maiden Voyage with its top tier public relations and comms. He has flown too many miles to remember, survives on the Hilton Burger alone and killed many suitcases along the way. With a passion for all things corporate travel, some believe he deserves his own blue plaque at several LHR hotels.

Jodie is the founder and CEO of Be #PeopleSmart, a consultancy created to put human centricity back in to business through the lenses of disability inclusion and accessibility.

Jodie has had a life long passion for disability inclusion and after spending more than two decades in the corporate world, with roles including the Global Accessibility Lead for Shell, she made the decision step out in to the wider world to support more organisations to achieve success.

Jodie is a specialist with a difference, as she brings learnings from the lived experience of thousands of deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people.

Fiona built the regional travel security programme at Amazon, focusing on elevated risk expansion operations and incident management.  Prior to that, was based in the Middle East, teaching politics at a university in the West Bank, and working as a consultant for a NGO across Jordan.  Previous experience was gained at International SOS, and in security operations for a private security consultancy.  

Fiona holds a MA in Political Science and continues to develop her Arabic language capabilities.  When not stuck at a laptop, she can be found in a kayak on the Thames, or in the pub…! Fiona is a key member of the Maiden Voyage Customer Focus Group and advises on our travel risk product roadmap.
